14 Days to Return

We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help! 

All full priced items can be returned for a store credit.

Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Swimwear must have the original tags and hygiene sticker attached and be in unworn, unwashed condition for hygiene reasons.
Undergarments must be worn when trying on items.
- All sale items are final and not eligible for return. This includes any order with a discount applied, no exceptions.
- Customer will be issued a store credit for all exchanges.
- Customer to cover return shipping.

How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at hello@minimuswim.com.au to initiate your return.
2. Return Authorisation: You will receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions on how to send your item back.
3. Pack Your Item: Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Include the RA number in your return package. All items must have tags attached.

Faulty / Missing Item
- Please email hello@minimuswim.com within 14 days of receiving your item, including your order number and a photo of the product. If the item is found to be faulty, we will send a replacement. Refunds will only be provided if a replacement is not possible.

Exchanges:
- If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please get in touch with our customer service team at hello@mininuswim.com.
