At Minimu Swim, we want you to love your pieces as much as we loved creating them.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it simple.
Change of Mind / Incorrect Size
We offer store credit or exchange on all eligible full-priced items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition (with hygiene stickers and tags attached).
- Store credits are valid for 12 months from issue date and can be used toward any future order.
-Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.
Instant exchange: Need a different size or style quickly?
As soon as your return is lodged through our portal, we’ll send your exchange order (or store credit) straight away so you don’t miss out.
Sale & Outlet Items
Sale, promotional, or discounted items (including Sample Sale pieces) are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or credit unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care inspecting every order, but if you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please email hello@minimuswim.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery.
If deemed faulty, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
How to Lodge a Return
-Email hello@minimuswim.com with your order number and reason for return.
-You’ll receive return instructions and your store credit or exchange once we receive and inspect your item.
-Credits and exchanges are processed within 2–4 business days of delivery to our Perth studio.
