To maintain the beauty and integrity of your purchase, we recommend treating it with care.

1. Rinse Immediately: After each use, rinse your swimwear in cold water to remove chlorine, salt, and sand. This helps prevent damage and fading.

2. Hand Wash Only: Wash swimwear by hand using a mild detergent. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners as they can damage the fabric.

3. Avoid the Washer & Dryer: Do not machine wash or tumble dry swimwear. Instead, gently hand wash and lay flat to dry.

4. Dry Away from Heat: Air dry your swimwear away from direct sunlight and heat sources, which can cause the colors to fade and the fabric to deteriorate.

5. Store Properly: Store swimwear in a cool, dry place. Avoid folding or wringing out the fabric, as this can cause creases and damage.

6. Avoid Rough Surfaces: Be cautious around rough surfaces like poolside edges and lounge chairs to prevent snags and tears.

Australia: $8.00 for standard shipping or $12.00 for express shipping.
*Orders over $200 AUD qualify for free standard shipping.
*Orders over $250 AUD qualify for free express shipping.

New Zealand: $13.00 for standard shipping or $19.00 for express shipping.
*Orders over $200 AUD qualify for free standard shipping.
*Orders over $250 AUD qualify for free express shipping.

Rest of The World: $20.00 for standard shipping or $35.00 for express shipping.
*Order over $300AUD qualify for free standard shipping.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm AWST, Monday to Friday, on the same day. All orders are shipped from our warehouse facility in Perth, Western Australia. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on WA public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number with regular access to track your parcel.
Returns + Exchanges

30 Days to Return

We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help! 

All full priced items can be returned for a store credit.

Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Swimwear must have the original tags and hygiene sticker attached and be in unworn, unwashed condition for hygiene reasons.
- Undergarments must be worn when trying on items.
- All sale items are final and not eligible for return. This includes any order with a discount applied, no exceptions.
- Customer will be issued a store credit for all exchanges.
- Customer to cover return shipping.
